With record low unemployment and one of the hottest integration markets in years, attracting, retaining, and developing talent is at the top of every integrator’s strategic priority list. To help members address this challenge, the CSIA Benchmarking Committee has partnered with  iLumen to provide a compensation and benefits survey called the Talent Retention Toolbox (TRT) that is exclusive to the SI industry.

TRT provides salary information for a comprehensive list of 34 SI Industry job titles. The survey also provides insight into additional benefits like retirement programs, medical benefits, PTO, bonuses, and more to provide you with a holistic compensation picture. Additional high-level HR analytics like industry turnover rates, recruiting sources.

Here’s how it works: The survey opens in January, and participants can enter their data until the end of February.  The survey data entry period has ended for 2024. There is a nominal fee of $350 for participating, and the final report will only be available to CSIA members who input data and pay the program fee. The final report will be made available to participants by March 15.  

Paid participants that join the program after the survey closes can get a copy of the final report, but their data will not be included in the final results.
