I have received a request to clarify which members are eligible for our outstanding general and professional liability insurance (Public and Products Liability for General Liability outside the U.S.).
Eligibility is determined by the countries wherein our insurance carrier/company is licensed to transact business. Any member with an office within the United States is eligible regardless of whether the office is the headquarters or a branch office.
Eligibility is also determined by the location of the member’s headquarters office. If it is located within the United States, Canada, the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand then the member is eligible.
Please note that these geographic restrictions pertain only to eligibility for insurance program participation. Once insured, our policy will respond to any loss wherever a suit is brought against the member.
