To help members address this challenge, the CSIA Benchmarking Committee has partnered with iLumen to provide a compensation and benefits survey called the Talent Retention Toolbox (TRT) that is exclusive to the SI industry. TRT provides salary information for a comprehensive list of 34 SI Industry job titles. The survey also provides insight into additional benefits like retirement programs, medical benefits, PTO, bonuses, and more to provide you with a holistic compensation picture

His famous saying “If you don’t keep score, you are just practicing” inspired the surveys that CSIA has introduced. Over the years, there have been almost 60 CSIA member companies contributing financial and operational data in the Pulse survey. Twenty six of these companies have faithfully submitted their metrics every quarter for at least the last 4 years, and 20 of them for over 5 years
