There is a conversation in Open Forum that is a perfect example of the purpose of CSIA and the Open Forum - networking, sharing best practices and learning. Open Forum provides a tool for members to ask questions of each other and network during the 362 days of the year when not at the conference. David Thode at HiTech Control Systems asked for advice on Configuration Management. He got responses from six members, two of which are in The Netherlands. I encourage our members in North America, South America, Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe and others to ask their questions and provide comment. Our system integration industry grows more professional every time these conversations occur.
