It has been a busy time of year as more and more companies are jumping onto the CSIA Exchange. We have been hearing some excellent feedback on how to make the site an even better experience for integrators, suppliers, and end users alike. We thought we would clue you in on some changes that we’re making to the site as we gear up for marketing to your end users:
Help Section: Our goal with the CSIA Exchange is to make it clear and easy-to-use, and to aid in that we’ve added a Help section with commonly asked questions and short how-to videos.
Unlimited Service Territories: Companies range from two-man integrators to global suppliers. To accommodate everyone, service territories will be updated with the next update.
Company Creation: If your company is not on the Exchange, you can now register and create a free basic profile for your company to get started!
Categories are changing: We will be adjusting the search options for Integrators, giving them the option to select which brand-neutral products they tend to use and focus on, as well as “Supported Vendors” list for brand-specific technologies.
Testimonials: When editing your company’s profile, you can now add testimonials from past clients, listing their name, company, and location.
And these are just some of the changes we’ve been making! There has also been several accessibility updates for Find an Answer, Newsfeed, editing profiles, and more. Finally, CSIA has also been working on a Premium Packages for Integrators and Suppliers, making it even more convenient to use the CSIA Exchange, so stay tuned for more details!
