CSIA’s Pulse is your association’s best practices benchmarking program. Companies that have the opportunity to benchmark themselves against their peers are the envy of business owners who can’t. Why? There is valuable data provided in the CSIA Pulse reports that enables you to more quickly learn how to grow your business, increase your efficiency (margins) and increase the value of your business.
The statistics committee has been working hard to make data entry easier and reports more meaningful. We’ve started with the key performance indicators that every integrator should be watching--Keeping the pulse of their business. The number of indicators will grow over time and so will your knowledge of how to use them.
The CSIA statistics committee announced at the 2015 annual conference that we were making it much easier to provide your data. In fact, members are telling us it took them less than 30 minutes to provide their data.
At this year’s conference in Puerto Rico, we will have our first invite-only meeting. Only those who provided at least one quarter’s data in the past 12 months and have paid the annual fee can attend. We will do a deep dive into interpreting the benchmarking reports, answer questions and discuss your ideas and issues.
Reports are numbered and only you know which marker on the report graphs/charts is yours. We get that keeping the data confidential is a must. No other CSIA members will see your data, ever.

Here’s how it works:
Go to the iLumen “download your worksheet” email that was sent to you earlier, or go to https:\\csia.ilumen.net and enter your email address and password. Can’t remember or don’t have a password? No problem, just request a new one. Are you stuck? We all know the first time through these things is the hardest, but I think you will be pleasantly surprised how simple the process is. Once a quarter we’ll ask you to provide your updated information for the past quarter and within a couple weeks after the data entry closes, you’ll be able to receive your personalized report. And you get invited to the private luncheon at the Conference. For those who cannot attend the Conference this year, we will also repeat via a webinar.
