Bio

Mark Voigtmann is general counsel to the CSIA. He has assisted control system integrators, process companies and end users with virtually every phase of the design, engineering and construction process, from the negotiation and drafting of project agreements to the litigation and arbitration of complex defect, delay and insurance coverage claims. He represents automation clients throughout North America, Canada and beyond. He has spoken to the CSIA's Annual Executive Conference for the past six years.
