I was communicating with a new member, Falcon Ingenieria in Honduras, and Miguel wrote to me asking about good KPIs for system integrators to use. I recalled a conversation on Connected Community a long time ago so I searched CC and sure enough it was back in 2010. So I wrote back to Miguel explaining how to find it and he wrote to me saying that he had already discovered it. So I wrote back again telling him I was impressed that he discovered the gold nugget he was after. Then he wrote the following to me:

There has never been a topic in Open Forum like Project Time Tracking. The thread has experienced a record breaking number of replies and the topic has broadened to become much more then the title of the first entry cited, "Project Time Tracking".
